Replacement Certificates

Your certificate is a valuable document and you should keep it safe. Employers and admissions officers at colleges and universities may ask to see your certificates to prove which awards you have achieved. If you have lost a BTEC certificate, you can request a replacement copy using the form below. Completed forms, with relevant documents required, should be faxed to +44 20 7190 5736, or emailed to cardpayment@edexcel.org.uk or posted to ‘Payment – Past Records, Edexcel, One90 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7BH. Queries regarding payment should be emailed to cardpayment@edexcel.org.uk.
