Important Changes from Summer 2004 onwards:
- Examination centres should be aware of the fact that Missing/Incomplete Results must be reported by telephone, +44 1204 770696. Missing/Incomplete Results forms as issued to examination centres in previous examination sessions are not to be used. This form of reporting has been discontinued.
- The Post Results spreadsheet, encompassing all Post Result Services, previously made available to centres can no longer be used.
Examination centres should now use JCQ forms for Access to Scripts and Enquiries about Results services. Edexcel International forms, ES/ATS and ES/EAR1 can no longer be used.
The results may not be with the candidate for one of the following reasons:
- A late examination entry, which was not officially communicated to Edexcel and the script, was marked late in the post examination cycle.
If the candidate has taken a modular GCE subject, it could be for any of the following reasons:
- No cash in specification code was quoted when the student was entered for the examination.
- The candidate has taken insufficient units to cash in for a full GCE AS or A level award.
- The candidate has taken an invalid combination of units.
- There is a problem with the UCI number.
