IGCSE in Information and Communication Technology (4385) : Notice
From the May 2007 examination series onwards, we are offering centres a choice of ways in which to submit the work of their candidates for the IGCSE ICT Case Study (4385/3B).
Centres may choose to continue to submit the work of their candidates in paper format, as they have done in the past.
However, we have also decided to allow centres to submit candidates’ work in electronic format. This has a number of advantages. For centres, it means that candidates can transfer work straight onto a disk, rather than having to make many print-outs. It will also reduce the bulk of the work being sent to Edexcel, thus reducing packaging and cost. For Edexcel, too, it will reduce the volume of paperwork being handled.
For further instructions on how to submit coursework electronically, along with templates for all the Tasks, download this folder.
Please start by double-clicking on the Index file. This will allow you to navigate to the Instructions page, and also to each of the individual pages for each of the Tasks in the Case Study.
