BTEC Higher Nationals in Mechanical Engineering

It should be noted that centres require approval from Edexcel before offering this qualification.

Centres may wish to transfer to this version from their current title – please contact your regional office to discuss transfer.

The UK National Qualification Framework (NQF) does not apply internationally and therefore centres wishing to teach BTEC internationally need to use the international version of the specification.

Centres planning to run this programme should note that  the specification will be valid for  first teaching up to and including 2009. New specifications will be available at least a year before implementation.
