NEW - EDEXCEL’S ASK THE EXPERT SERVICE

What is Ask the Expert?

Ask the Expert has been developed after an extensive consultation to find out what services and support you need. We understand that you need concise and definitive answers in writing. Ask the Expert will put you in direct email contact with over 200 of our senior subject experts. Upon receiving your questions, our experts will send you a written response within two working days.

What type of question should I send to Ask the Expert?

Our experts are there to answer your detailed subject specific questions concerning the teaching of qualifications. Please check our Enquiry Guide to ensure that your question is best answered by our experts. Questions that are more general or to do with the administration of the qualification, such as post results or entry-related enquiries should be directed to our customer service team. Alternatively, you can use our online question and answer service, Ask Edexcel at www.edexcel.org.uk/ask

If you are a student we recommend that you discuss any issues you have with your teacher/tutor as they will understand the context in which the course is delivered.  Our Experts are unable to comment on specific circumstances or methods by which you are being taught.

By only sending appropriate questions to Ask the Expert, you will help us ensure that the service is more responsive.

What’s more, our experts are heavily involved in our specifications and developing qualifications. There is no-one better qualified to answer your questions.
